Vrnjačka Banja – Spa Vrnjci
Welcome to Vrnjacka banja (Spa Vrnjci), most popular spa in Serbia. It is situated in Central Serbia on the road between Krusevac and Kraljevo, 200 km south of Belgrade. Vrnjacka banja is surrounded by forest and mountain environment of Goč, Kopaonik, Željin, Jastrabac and Stolovi mountains. Thanks to the surrounding mountains and forests, climate is moderate continental, which makes spa attractive all year round. Thanks to its natural characteristics and the good traffic connection, Vrnjacka banja has become one of the leading tourist places in Serbia. Vrnjacka banja has a long tradition, thanks to a large number of thermal springs. In the 2nd century AD Romans founded AQUA ORCINAE spa, where military veterans and Roman aristocracy are treated. The tradition continues by Byzantium. There are no written sources of the use of the thermal springs at the time of Serbian medieval state. Spring exploitation is renewed by Ottoman Turks, who build their famous Turkish baths. Today, the sources of natural mineral water is used for bottled water Vrnjci. 
Together with its surrounding Vrnjacka banja is a unique travel destination: Kopaonik mauntain – the most popular winter ski center, a numerous medieval monasteries and fortified towns.
